You can export lines to Excel in several ways. This always happens from a lines module.
Suppose you want to export sales invoice lines. You can do this in two ways:
1. Via the Sales Invoices module
- Find the sales invoices for which you want to export all the lines, for example, for a specific customer or period.
- From the list view, click the menu and choose Options > Show Linked Lines.
- Newbase then navigates to the Sales Invoice Lines module and from that module you can export to Excel via the menu
2. Directly via the Sales Invoice Lines module
- Go directly to the Sales Invoice Lines module and find the relevant lines.
- From the list view, click the menu and select Export to Excel, as shown in the screenshot above.
