- Go to the contact module and select the contacts whose data you want to export
- Make sure you are in a list view and click on the 3 dots to the right of 'list contacts'
- Choose Display mailing here if you want a list with only e-mail addresses or choose the list of marketing organizations if you want all addresses. These are pre-programmed lists that you can use, but you can also create and save a list yourself via the list editor
- From the selected list, click on the 3 dots at the top right and choose Export to MS Excel to export the list
