Add modules to an empty apps screen

MJA Updated by MJA

Within Apps you can create containers with modules.

For more information about what apps are within Newbase, click here.

If you already have containers in your apps screen that you would like to edit click here.

What to do with an empty apps screen:

If your Apps screen is completely empty, you must first add an empty container after which you can add modules in that container. You can add multiple containers to differentiate the modules. See at the very bottom of this page an example of what an apps screen could look like.

  1. Go to Apps on the left upper side of your screen
  1. Then click on your name at the top right > A pop-up window opens > chose 'change widgets settings'

  1. In the Widgets search field on the left side search for "apps" or "container" and drag to the right

An empty apps container is now added to your screen

  1. Click on the 3 dots at the top right of the container to which you want to add a module > Choose widget properties

A pop-up will now appear with a list of available programs (with scroll bar) on the left.

  1. Give the container a name at the top of the popup
  2. Find the module you want to add to the container by scrolling or searching in the filter field
  3. Click on the program you want to add on the left. The program is then added directly to the right. To remove a program, click on the cross behind the program
  4. Click on save changes

Below an example of you an apps screen can look like.
