Create product group

A product group is a collection of products and mainly serves for management information purposes, as well as the ability to uniquely record a general ledger number in one place.
If you work with journal entries within Newbase, you can only use the general ledger number for non-stock products, as stock products within Newbase can only be posted to one revenue and one cost account.
A product group can only be used within one company.
- Go to the product group module
- Click on new to create a new product group
General ledger numbers can be linked to a product group per trading region.
