It is important to realize that Twinfield sends this message back to Newbase after Twinfield has performed checks.
This message means that the performance type is not entered on the ledger number that is used in the line(s).
You must therefore enter the type of performance (goods or services) on the general ledger number. General ledger numbers can be found at Settings > General ledger accounts > search for the relevant number > enter the performance type. You can choose between Goods or Services.
