What are valuelists?

MJA Updated by MJA

Value lists can be found within various Newbase programs. By using value lists you can all work in the same matter and easily analyse data. An example of a value list is the field "payment conditions" within a sales invoice

Value lists can be created and modified by the internal application manager. Click here for more information about modifying value lists.

A value list always applies to all companies in a Newbase environment. These cannot be set up per company. If a different setting has to be created for a company, this will be visible to all companies.
Never adjust the return value of a list box. Click here for more information on why this is.
