1. Where do you create a product?
- Go to the home screen of the product module and click on new
- You will then arrive at the entry screen where you can enter all kinds of things. The entry screen may consist of several tabs and may look different per role
2. Product name
Enter the name of the product within the product widget.
Part Nr. (Product code):
Enter a unique code. This code is shown when searching in Newbase, but can also be shown on various documents (quotation, assignment, etc.).
Item description:
Enter a more detailed description of the product/product name here. If the widget has 'comm. description' no extensive description of the product is entered, the description as entered in this field will be copied to the various documents.

4. Importing products (product parts)
It is possible to import a series of products, or adjust a part of products, for example sales prices.
To do this, you first need to export a sample file which you can then import again.
