Delivery date on a purchase order

MJA Updated by MJA

1. Enter the delivery date when creating a purchase order if known at that time

When creating a purchase order, you can enter a delivery date per line, if this date is already known.

> You can do this directly within the 'input fin lines widget'.

> Or you can do this within the Selected line location / date widget

If you want the date to apply to all lines, you can transfer the date to all lines via the arrow icon.

If the date is not yet known and you want to enter it later, you can, for example, set the status of the purchase order to 'awaiting delivery date'. This way you can easily search for a purchase order for which the delivery date is not yet known. Value lists can be adjusted by the internal application manager.

2. Enter the delivery date after creating a purchase order

If a delivery date must be entered after the purchase order has been created, you can do this as described in Chapter 1, but if you do not have rights to make changes to a locked purchase order, you can also do this via the widgets below by using the quick edit icon.

If you do not have these widgets, you can ask your internal application manager to distribute them.

Available fields:

Proposal date ex factory

Proposal ETD (Departure Date)

Proposal ETA (Expected date)

Proposal date delivery

Do you want to transfer an entered date to all purchase order lines? Then use the arrow icon behind the date field. See the print screen below.
