The SPP of a product can be set in 4 different ways:

  1. You manually enter a SPP within the product
  2. You use the purchase price that is set at the default supplier of the product
Note: For nr. 2 you must use the option 'update standard purchase price' under product. You must first make a selection of products for which you want to implement this option and a purchase price must exist at the default supplier of the product. If the purchase price contains a different currency, it will be converted to the company currency. Click here for more information about this option.
  1. You can set 'automatic fill SPP' in the owner settings. Then, if the SPP field of a product is empty, it will be filled with the amount stated on the first goods receipt from a purchase order
  2. Import with a product import sheet
