- Go to the 'Commercial product description' widget of a product. Here you have the option to enter a more detailed of the product in different languages.
- Click on the pencil icon within the widget to create or change a description (in a language). You can then change via the icon at the front of the line and create a new language via the plus sign.
- If you click on the i in front of the line, you will navigate to the product description module where you can also make changes, but you cannot create a new description/language here
The description can be shown on the various documents if desired (quote, order, invoice).
Whether this description should be shown can be set via the Newbase records ref. numbers module (Settings) and then within the Composition Settings widget. You can also set this per document.
