Create a collective invoice from different sales orders or deliveries (collect invoice lines)

MJA Updated by MJA

It is possible to create sales invoice lines from different sales orders or deliveries from one debtor and collect these lines onto 1 invoice. For this you need the module 'Sales invoice lines to collect'.

Check of you have this module:

Check on your modules screen of click on the search module icon

Basically, it means that you first create sales invoice lines for various sales orders of deliveries, which are NOT yet duplicated to a sales invoice at that time. These lines are then ready in the 'Sales invoice lines to be collected' module, from where you can duplicate them to sales invoices.

We use a sales order as an example, but the same applies deliveries.

1. Transfer sales order to sales invoice lines

  1. Select the sales order(s) for which you want to create sales invoice lines
  2. Make sure all selected sales orders are locked
  3. Click on the duplicate icon at the top right and choose duplicate > sales invoice lines to collect

If you have more than 1 sales order in your selection, you will be asked the following question:

2. Search for the 'sales invoice lines to be collected'

Within the 'Sales invoice lines to be collected' module you can find the lines that have been duplicated to a line but for which no invoice has yet been created.

  1. Go to the Sales invoice lines to collect module
  2. Then find the lines you want to create invoices from. For example, by choosing 'show all' or by searching for lines from a specific debtor

In any case, make sure that you only have the lines in your list from which you want to create sales invoice lines.

3. Transfer sales invoice lines to sales invoice

When you have finished checking the list, you can click on the next step icon from the list and choose 'duplicate to sales invoices'. You can then handle the sales invoices as you normally would.

If you do not have certain duplicate actions, please contact your internal application manager.
