As soon as an invoice is booked to Twinfield, the 'status booked' checkbox is automatically checked. The booking number field is also filled with the number that Twinfield returns.
If a draft(concept) invoice is deleted in Twinfield and you want to book the invoice again, you must uncheck this box and then book the invoice again.
If you do not want to book an invoice to Twinfield and you want the invoice to no longer be displayed when you searching for invoices that have not been booked, you can tick the box yourself.
