Error: Cannot read property 'length' from ...drive api

MJA Updated by MJA

If you try to send a message and receive this message, follow the steps below to determine the problem:

> Check which user is sending the message. You can see this within the message under 'employee'.

> Then, within the Newbase Users module, go to the 'user card' of this user and check whether they are properly authorized. You can do this by setting the widget to edit mode and clicking the 'Microsoft token check' button.

If they are not authorized, you must do this for this user. When authorizing, log in with this user's email address.

If they are authorized, but as a 'shared' mailbox. So, if email address A is listed in the user card, but it's authorized with a different email address, reauthorize it, making sure you authorize with the email address listed in the user card.

If the authorization is correct but you still can't send the message, it's possible the message is being sent by a user other than the logged-in user. In that case, the user from whom you want to send the message must authorize you to do so. Click here for more information.
