Message content has different fontsizes
If the email you send from Newbase contains different fontsizes, particularly in the salutation or closing part the most likely cause it that in de company settings has some email formatting in it. There is a widget for Google and for Microsoft settings, but the email formatting is the same field, so you can clear the data in any of the widgets.
Newbase advises to clear these settings and most likely the email fontsize differences will be solved.
