Error when booking to Twinfield: ....invalid performance country (duplicate)

MJA Updated by MJA

It's important to note that Twinfield returns this message to Newbase after it has performed checks.

This message concerns the ref. number of the record you are attempting to book.

Twinfield expects the ref. number to begin with a number from 0 to 5, followed by three other characters, for a total of four characters.

You will likely need to adjust something in your Twinfield setup to ensure that the numbers you set are accepted by Twinfield.

When you set up Newbase, this should have been done correctly by your internal Newbase application manager.

Click here for more information about the settings that must be correct in Twinfield for the integration with Newbase. In this case, please refer to the chapter on formatting sequence numbers.
